The City of Long Beach has released the Downtown Shoreline Vision Plan – Draft Vision Concept (Draft Vision Concept) for the downtown waterfront, offering a transformative vision that integrates economic development, resiliency and enhanced connectivity and public access. This concept synthesizes the City’s eight Big Ideas and presents a cohesive plan to guide the future of the area for decades to come.
