LBPD 602 - No Trespassing Program Enrollment Event

In collaboration with the Office of the City Prosecutor, the Long Beach Police Department is hosting an event to facilitate enrollment in the 602 - No Trespassing Program. By enrolling in this program, business owners and residential complex managers can post an approved “No Trespassing Sign” which then gives LBPD the authority to warn, cite, or arrest trespassers, even if the owner or agent is not on the premises at the time.
The City Prosecutor’s Office will have a Public Notary present, who will notarize a Request for Service free of charge.
