City of Long Beach COVID-19 Digital Memorial
On September 17, 2021, the City of Long Beach lost its 1000th resident to COVID-19. This somber milestone has prompted the City to create a digital memorial to remember and honor residents who have died from COVID-19. In order to finalize the digital memorial, the City is now collecting photographs from friends and family of those community members who lost their lives. Please provide your submission by October 11, 2021. After completing the form below, image submission instructions will be emailed.
