WHAT HAPPENS AFTER FILING A COMPLAINT?
The complaint is received and reviewed by OCO personnel. Depending on the type of complaint, the complaint may be forwarded to relevant departments for investigation. Once the complaint has been fully investigated, the City will take appropriate action. If a complaint lacks sufficient evidence for the City to be able to take action, staff will notify the complainant, where possible.
