The current consultants providing services are the following:
Canna Business Services is a woman-owned global consulting firm that provides its clients with the highest level of certainty in the high-risk, uncertain cannabis industry. Cana Business Services has provided comprehensive services to clients throughout the United States and within numerous countries. They are known as “the consultants to the consultants” due to their work in supporting cannabis firms that lack the know-how or bandwidth to properly support their clients. With a focus on pre and post-licensure support, regulatory guidance, and business buildout services, Cana Business Services is proud to guide its clients toward their cannabis industry goals.
Tkach Ventures, Inc. is a full-service commercial cannabis real estate brokerage and investment firm. Tkach Ventures, Inc. takes a highly detailed approach to evolve with the current state of the Cannabis Market and its valued clientele, offering on and off-market transactions such as licenses, turn-key operations, and commercial real estate viable for cannabis operators for sale and lease and consulting services. The company reinvests meaningful amounts of capital into improving its services, resulting in tantamount gains for its clients and partners in opportunities explicitly pre-vetted for their requirements.
Please do not contact vendors directly for services without prior approval from Economic Development.
Consultants are selected by formally submitting proposals through the City’s procurement process. This process consists of meeting eligibility requirements and qualification standards aligned with the needs outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Through the RFP process, consultants are reference-checked and attend a formal interview process with a selected panel. The selected panel reviews and makes a final consultant selection.
Participants are expected to be prepared with questions for consultants. Be open to recommendations from consultants and overall have the drive to grow as a cannabis entrepreneur.
Consulting services for One-on-One Advisory Services are covered through the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO Biz).
