Public Comment Sign-Up Forms for Teleconference Meetings
Note: In-Person City Council meetings will not have telephonic public comment

Telephonic Public Comment sign-ups will close at 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting.

Signing up to speak for public comment
To sign up to speak on an agenda item please select the appropriate form above and fill out the required fields.
If an email address is provided, the Zoom Dial-In Number and Meeting ID will be sent out via email.
Members of the public without internet access may call the Office of the City Clerk at (562) 570-6101 to sign up to speak.
The sign-up forms will close at (12) noon the day of the meeting.
Any members of the public who signed up to speak and are in need of a translator pursuant to the City's Language Access Policy or accommodation pursuant to the American Disabilities Act shall have double the allotted speaking time.
To request a translator for public comment, first sign up to speak, then call the Office of the City Clerk at 562-570-6101 to request a translator.
