We're excited to announce the launch and transition of the city's agenda and meeting management system to a new platform called OneMeeting (formerly PrimeGov), for its agendas, minutes and videos for all City Council, Committee, Board and Commission meetings. Now, citizens can easily access and engage with legislative information like never before.  OneMeeting offers end-to-end solutions that fit the growing needs of the City and community while also improving the internal and external user experience. Additionally, the platform will improve language access equity, as community members will be able to translate agendas to Spanish, Khmer, Tagalog and many other languages powered by Google Translate. 

The transition will be a phased approach, with the launch of the public online portal and City Council agenda to be implemented first, followed by additional updates. Once the transition to OneMeeting is complete, Legistar, the City’s current meeting management system, will no longer be utilized for future meetings, but will continue to be used to access agendas, minutes, videos and records from past meetings until everything is successfully migrated to the new system. This software empowers you to voice your opinions, stay informed about crucial issues, and actively contribute to the legislative process.
