Background and Experience
Todd Vigus is a Deputy City Attorney who represents the City of Long Beach and city employees in civil actions, such as: civil rights, employee negligence, and public property liability.
Prior to joining the Long Beach City Attorney’s Office, Mr. Vigus was in private practice handling general liability defense and subrogation claims throughout California for an insurance carrier.
Mr. Vigus is a member of the State Bar of California, as well as the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
Mr. Vigus graduated from the University of California, Irvine with degrees in Political Science and Economics and a graduate of Chapman University School of Law.
