Background and Experience
Prior to joining the City Attorney’s office, Ms. Dadashzadeh practiced civil litigation at private law firms specializing in labor and employment law, where she advocated for employees’ rights. Among other things, Ms. Dadashzadeh litigated matters relating to the Fair Employment and Housing Act, Labor Code, and complex class/representative actions, including under the Private Attorneys General Act.
Professional Affiliations
Ms. Dadashzadeh is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before all Courts in the State of California and before the United States District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California.
Education
Ms. Dadashzadeh graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Irvine with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis, School of Law, where she was awarded for her dedication to public interest and pro bono work.
