BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Lindsey Eisenberg is a Deputy City Attorney who represents the City of Long Beach and city employees in a variety of civil actions including public property liability and employee negligence.
Prior to joining the City Attorney’s Office, Ms. Eisenberg was a Deputy District Attorney for the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office assigned to the Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit. She also prosecuted general felony cases including robberies, burglaries, carjackings, and attempted murders, as well as misdemeanor cases.

Ms. Eisenberg is a member of the State Bar of California. She is admitted to practice before all Courts in the State of California, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
EDUCATION
Ms. Eisenberg received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law where she excelled in mock trial and was an Articles Editor on the San Diego Law Review Board.
