Background and Experience
Charles Gale is a Principal Deputy City Attorney who practices in the area of preferential assignment agreements, leases, licenses, real estate, contracts, municipal law, environmental including hazardous materials and the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”), insurance, and transportation. Mr. Gale primarily services the legal needs of the Long Beach Harbor Department.
