Background and Experience
Mr. Masero is an experienced litigator, having worked as a plaintiff’s attorney, a defense attorney, and a prosecutor. He has handled high exposure, high publicity cases throughout his career. He also regularly provides legal advice to government officials and municipal departments on a wide range of issues including police and employment practices.

Mr. Masero is admitted to practice before all the Courts in the State of California and the US District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Masero is a member of the American Bar Association.
Education
Mr. Masero received his B.A. from Loyola Marymount University in Political Science. He received his J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law, where he served as senior article editor on the Health Law and Policy Brief and volunteered with the War Crimes Research Office.
