Local businesses and property owners interested in renting out their space are encouraged to submit the online interest form, where they can get connected with Games stakeholders (e.g. National Olympic Committees (NOC), National Paralympic Committees (NPCs), marketing partners and more) interested in activating space in Long Beach for the 2028 Games.
Interest form submissions will be placed into a database and shared with interested parties to help them identify and secure the right space that best fits their operational, logistical and cultural needs. Soon, the City will offer engagement opportunities for local businesses and property owners to inform them of this opportunity and other ways to get involved in the 2028 Games.

These spaces may be used in a variety of ways, including but not limited to:
- Establishing a Team House to serve as a centralized hub for athletes, staff and fans; and/or hosting special event gatherings such as receptions, sponsor activations or cultural showcases.
- Providing room and board for team staff and delegation members to ensure convenient proximity to competition or training venues.
- Setting up meeting and planning spaces for daily briefings, press engagements or coordination sessions.
- Allocating areas for equipment storage, medical support services or athlete recovery zones.
- Spaces for VIP hospitality suites, fan engagement zones, or media content creation.
Completing the interest form does not commit a business or property owner to anything, but rather acknowledges that they are open to connecting with stakeholders to explore whether their space might be a good fit for a country’s needs during the Games and is a first step toward a potential collaboration and conversation. Finalized plans for intended use of space requires the review and issuance of all applicable permits.
