The City of Long Beach Lien Sales Auction is changing from being held on every Saturday to every other Saturday. The first Saturday on which there will NOT be a sale is July 9, 2011. Sale dates will be listed at the top of this webpage for the next two months. The auction is open to the public. The location is 3111 Willow Street, Long Beach, California. It is located between Temple Avenue and Redondo Avenue on the north side of the street. All vehicles are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" and with all faults. Seller makes no warranty or refunds. Vehicles are sold in an open competitive bid auction. The highest bidder is the buyer. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid or stop the sale of a vehicle. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer's decision will be final.

Registration hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
Only $20.00 dollar bills cash, or smaller are accepted for payment of bidder registration. This fee is for those wishing to participate in the auction. This fee is non-refundable and will not apply to the price of auction vehicle(s) purchased. All others can still attend the auction at no cost.
Preview inspection hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
Auction for autos, trucks, RVs, cars for parts and miscellaneous items starts at 9:00 a.m.
No admittance after 8:45 a.m.
Must be 18 years or older to enter and have a valid driver's license or valid state identification card with date of birth.
Preview inspection of vehicles prior to sale day is not allowed.
No pets allowed (except guide dogs).
No sandals or open toe shoes allowed.
Forms of payment accepted: cash, Visa Card, MasterCard, Discover Card, or debit cards from the U.S.A. (No checks accepted). Cash only for bidder card registration.
Purchased vehicle(s) must be paid for by 2:30 p.m. on day of sale.
Purchased vehicle(s) must be removed from City premises by a tow truck by 4:00 p.m. on day of sale.

Property in vehicles belongs to the City of Long Beach. Anyone taking property from vehicles will be subject to search and prosecuted.
