Capital Improvement Program

The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) represents the City's short-range, strategic capital investment. The CIP identifies and provides two types of expenditures. The first covers strategic improvements to the City's existing infrastructure and the second type involves one-time projects designed to address important community needs.
