North Patrol Division 4891 Atlantic Avenue Long Beach, CA 90807 562-570-9800 (see map) NORTH PATROL COMMANDER The North Patrol Sub-Station was re-opened in late 2004. North Division officers continue to support community policing efforts in North Long Beach. Officers work closely with Los Angeles County Parole and Probation Departments, developing joint task forces to address parole or probation violations. The partnership has a positive impact on deterring repeat offenders in Long Beach. North Division officers face the challenge of fighting crime that often crosses jurisdictions via a major freeway and easy access to other cities. Officers continued to maintain a close working relationship with the California Highway Patrol and adjacent law enforcement agencies to manage the mobile criminal activity particular to the area.
