| Commander Billy Quach has 21 years with the Police Department. His previous assignments include Youth Services, Communications, Sex Crimes, Child Abuse, PAL, Vice and Patrol. Commander Quach holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Long Beach. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, West Point Leadership Program, Supervisory Leadership Institute, the USC Delinquency Control Institute and received the CPOA Professional Achievement Award. Commander Quach is the current elected Vice President of the National Association of Asian American Law Enforcement Commanders. His wife, Cheng-Lung Wei, is also working for the Police Department. He has two children, Tiffany and Nicholas. |
