Commander Joseph Stilinovich	Commander Joe Stilinovich joined the Long Beach Police Department in 1995. His assignments include Training Division Commander, Patrol, Lieutenant over Park Ranger program, Basic Academy Sergeant (TAC), Internal Affairs, Detective and Field Training Officer. Commander Stilinovich has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master’s degree in Emergency Service Administration both from California State University of Long Beach. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, West Point Leadership Program, Sherman Block Supervisory Leadership Institute, and received the CPOA Professional Achievement Award. He is married with three children.
