    Meet Staff

The City of Long Beach is divided into five community planning areas. Each area has a community planner who is ready and willing to work with you to identify and resolve neighborhood issues.

Community Planners work primarily with the neighborhood organizations, community improvement associations, homeowners associations, and local business groups. But they also work with the individual citizens by listening to their concerns and advising them on approaches to solve neighborhood problems.
