The following flowcharts provide a guide to illustrate the steps and general time frame required for review of a project. Many factors can influence the ultimate review time of a project, including project complexity, controversy surrounding the project, and the responsiveness of the applicant. The Department will make every effort to complete projects within the time frame indicated and is committed to assisting customers navigate the City's permitting process.
