The Youth Services NETWORK is in the process of being reinvigorated by a group of Leadership Long Beach graduates. The group conducted YSN meetings in February and April of 2009 and will continue to conduct subsequent meetings. In addition, the group will be taking over the responsibility of coordinating the YSN website, meeting notifications, and other email announcements.
The Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine has turned over the coordination of the YSN to this group of volunteers, who are dedicated to making the YSN a sustainable organization. Please direct future correspondence to 'ysnlongbeach@yahoo.com'.
If you have any questions or would like to meet the new group, please attend the next YSN meeting that has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 16, at 7:30 a.m. at the Conservation Corp (3635 Atlantic Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90807).
The Long Beach Services NETWORK is a community service and non-profit agencies organization facilitated by the City of Long Beach, open to public and nonprofit agencies that provide direct service and programs to Long Beach area youth.
