WOMEN’S SELF DEFENSE 13yrs & up • $25
A special class designed for women using the most simple, yet

effective defense techniques. Participants need not be in top physical

condition or well coordinated. Techniques are taught in a fun and safe

atmosphere and do not require a lot of strength. Wear comfortable

clothing. Workbook included. Instructor: Kelton.

FOR YOUR HEALTH CPR TRAINING 10yrs & up • $31

American Heart Association “Heartsaver” course covering adult, child,

infant CPR and Heimlich, recovery position, signs of angina, heart

attack and (strokes) brain attacks. School age children must be

accompanied by an enrolled adult. This class fulfills “Heartsaver,”

Health Care Provider (re-certification) and Foster Care CPR. Wear

loose, casual clothing. $3 material fee payable at class.

CARDIO KICKBOXING STRENGTH TRAINING 18yrs & up • $29

There are 3 fitness components: cardio, strength and flexibility. Work on

cardio with kicks, punches and blocks; build strength with body weight

exercises and exercises using an optional resistance band; and stretch

your well-worked muscles to help increase your overall flexibility. Be

prepared to have fun and be challenged! Class is the same as the

Thursday Cardio Kickboxing class, but with added strength training
