Pools The Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine operates three swimming pools, Belmont, Martin Luther King Jr. and Silverado Park Pool, which offer open swim sessions as well as numerous aquatics classes. During the summer months Millikan High School is added to meet the demand. The Leeway Sailing and Aquatics Center and the Peter Archer Rowing Center also offer programs.
