Located on Stevely Avenue near Kallin Way, east of Studebaker Road, between Anaheim Road and 7th Street and was donated by the surrounding housing project developer. On November 8, 1962, title to the park, identified as “Long Beach College Estates Community Center,” passed to the City. The park has a small community center, a playground, and basketball and tennis courts.
