Pop Vinyl Starts it all off on Memorial Day Weekend!
Mark your calendars for day one of the “100 Days of Summer.” The fun will start with a free concert by Pop Vinyl on Friday, May 22 from 6-8 p.m. at Marine Stadium. Pop Vinyl is the ultimate party, high-energy band. Prepare to dance and sing along to Motown, Oldies, 70’s-80’s Disco, Funk, 80s, 90s’ Pop, and other favorite music all evening. Po0p Vinyl knows all your favorites from Aretha to Beyonce, Micheal to Justin, Bee-Gees, Madonna and Run DMC. Food trucks, and a Kid’s Zone will make this evening fun for the whole family.

Labor Day Concert with the Young Guns
The 100 Day countdown ends with a finale concert by Young Guns at Marine Stadium from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, August 28. The Young Guns are an 80‘s-themed tribute show that plays the most danceable and recognizable hits of the 1980‘s, from Journey, Bon Jovi, Kenny Loggins, Wham, Aha, Van Halen, Joan Jett and Madonna to name a few!  If like clean-cut New Wave classics with sport coats and tight jeans, or Rock and Roll anthems with spandex and big hair, the Young Guns will take you there. Bring the family and enjoy food trucks and a Kid’s Zone.

Shoreline Symphonic Winds
(Long Beach Community Band) Concerts
The Shoreline Symphonic Winds, under the direction of Artistic Director Greg Flores, will perform show tunes, movie sound tracks, and traditional and contemporary concert favorites prior to the showing of feature films in the parks as part of City of Long Beach Parks and Recreation “Movies in the Park” program!
