Meets the second Thursday of each month in Phil Hesters office at 1:00 p.m.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet with Director to review overall progress of planned projects.
- Provide feedback to Director on major new projects for land acquisition or other unscheduled project.
- Provide input and feedback for annual departmental budget priorities and other issues.
- Oversee Department Strategic Plan FINANCE AND APPEALS COMMITTEE
Meets on a quarterly basis at 8:15 a.m., immediately prior to the Commission meeting in January, April, July, and October.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Annual review of proposed fees and charges.
- Review and comment on annual budget recommendations.
- Act as official appeals board for fee and contract disputes (as stipulated in City Charter).

Meets on a quarterly basis at 8:15 a.m., immediately prior to the Commission meeting in February, May, August and November.

Meets every other month on the second Thursday of the month at 1:30 p.m., in February, April, June, August, October, and December. Half of the year the meetings are held at LBUSD, at 2425 Webster Ave., and the other half of the year at the Departments administration building conference room.
