Begin to sail on our smallest sailboat. Learn on-water skills, along with terminology and rigging. A great introductory class to launch your sailing career. Use your own sabot or rent one of ours for an additional $50 per session.

Private and semi-private lessons in sailing, kayaking, canoeing, and windsurfing are available. Call Leeway Sailing Center at (562) 570-1719 for registration and information.
SAIL CLUB
A rental program offered on Saturdays from 12pm-5pm year-round.. All participants must have successfully completed a course conducted by Leeway Sailing Center or must pass a skills check conducted by Leeway staff. Rental rates are as follows:
Capri: $13/hr. Sail Boards: $10/hr.
Sabots: $11/hr. Kayaks: $7/hr.
Canoe: $10/hr. Skills Check: $12
