American Heart Association “Heartsaver” course covering adult, child, infant CPR and Heimlich, recovery position, signs of angina, heart attack and (strokes) brain attacks. School age children must be accompanied by an enrolled adult. This class fulfills “Heartsaver,” Health Care Provider

Prerequisite: At least 4 of the regular Pilates mat class sessions. Take your Pilates further by using the balance ball. Mat work exercises and exercises from the various Pilates equipment can all be done at new and challenging levels with the balance ball.
