EASY EXOTIC INDIAN COOKING 18YRS & UP • $30

You will learn how to cook Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes

with spices, oils; and about the main staples of Indian cooking - wheat

flour, rice, curries, chicken, vegetables, lentils - and to create some

Indian dishes. Students will get recipes and will enjoy the dishes prepared.

$7 material fee payable to instructor.

NEW  SOUL FOOD COOKING 18YRS & UP • $45

Cooking soul food has never been easier. If you're ready for

some down home southern cooking you have come to the right place.

Anybody...even YOU...can cook Soul Food. One word of caution - be

ready to spend some considerable time cooking in your kitchen,

because your family and friends won't be able to get enough of your

home cooking. $10 material fee.

TAMALE MAKING 101 18YRS & UP • $40

Feed your mind, soul and stomach! Learn all about tamales: their history;

where to get ingredients; how to make them; and their role in bringing

families and friends together. We will cover traditional and contemporary

tamales and best of all, you’ll get hands on experience and a

chance to taste test. Supply fee $15 paid in class. Instructor: Hernandez

NEW  CAKE DECORATING 18YRS & UP • $60

Learn all the basic techniques, tools and recipes used in the

world of cake decorating. Instructor provides icing and equipment to get

you practicing the very 1st night - cute cupcakes are week 2, week 3 we

learn flowers, and week 4 we create a basket weave cake to put them

on! $20 material fee payable in class. Instructor: Lloyd
