EASY EXOTIC INDIAN COOKING  18yrs & up • $30

Learn how to cook Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes with spices, oils, and about the main staples of Indian cooking - wheat flour, rice, curries, chicken, vegetables, lentils-and to create some Indian dishes. Students will get recipes and will enjoy the dishes which have been prepared. $7 material fee payable to instructor.
