Living History Docent Training at Rancho Los Cerritos

Ever wish you could time travel? Rancho Los Cerritos is seeking volunteers to “become” rancheros, housewives, field hands, cooks, or gardeners, and then present these unique accounts of Rancho life to the general public. This course covers the Rancho’s history, architecture, collections, and gardens, and will also provide training in storytelling and improvisation techniques to assist with developing a living history character for tours. Pre-registration is required for docent training, so please call (562) 570-1755.
