This project consists of construction of a new underground storm drain system to convey storm runoff, installation of trash excluder screens and a filtration system at the catch basins, construction of a low-flow diversion system to improve the water quality of storm runoff, and the relocation of waterlines. The project will alleviate flooding and enhance pedestrian and vehicular safety throughout the project area.
