Tomorrow, April 23^rd at 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Councilmember Suja Lowenthal will host a neighborhood meeting regarding diagonal parking on the streets of Cerritos and Bonito at the Long Beach Senior Center Community Room (1150 East Fourth Street). These two blocks are the last wide streets in the Alamitos Beach area remaining to convert, enabling 19 new parking spaces to be created for residents and provide continuity of these corridors from Ocean Boulevard to Fourth Street. The meeting will be conducted by city Traffic Engineer, Dave Roseman who will explain the process of installing diagonal parking. For more information contact 562-570-6684.
