1. Washing driveways, sidewalks, gutters, streets and other pavement with a garden hose, unless using water-conserving pressurized cleaning device, is now prohibited in the City of Long Beach.
2. Over-watering landscapes to the point of causing run-off is prohibited. 
3. Irrigating any landscaped area with potable water between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. is prohibited.
4. Irrigating landscapes more than ten minutes per day, on other than Monday, Thursday or Saturday is prohibited.
