Companies or Individuals who do any work for compensation in the Long Beach Marina must have a CURRENT City of Long Beach City Business License to qualify for a Marine Vendor Permit, Vendor Registration Card, Parking Pass or key.

Long Beach Marinas Insurance Requirement
The City of Long Beach requires that all vessels permitted in the marinas must have current and valid Protection and Indemnity (P&I) or Watercraft Liability insurance with limits of at least $100,000.00. The City of Long Beach, its officials, employees, and volunteers shall be carried as additional insured under said liability insurance with respect to activities of permittee (boat owner), and each policy shall be endorsed to state that coverage shall not be cancelled except after prior written notice has been given to the City.
