News Image More Video Cameras Added to LBCOP
This summer more than 60 cameras in the downtown and convention center areas were added to LBCOP, Long Beach's video monitoring network. The cameras were purchased and installed by the Downtown Long Beach Business Associates and the Long Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau, in coordination with the City, and will be maintained by TSD. Later this summer, cameras on 2nd Street in Belmont Shore and Rainbow Harbor will be added to the LBCOP network. After these cameras are installed, LBCOP will have access to nearly 750 cameras city-wide.

News Image Technology Modernization Initiatives
Recently, the City has completed a number of major initiatives to modernize its information and communications systems, such as implementing a new utility customer information system and mobile workforce management system and moving to a cloud email and collaboration system.

Verizon FIOS Subscribers Now Can Watch LBTV
There is a new way to enjoy Long Beach Televisionís enlightening programs. In addition to watching LBTV on the web at or on Charter Cable channel 3, viewers may now catch their favorite LBTV shows on Verizon FiOS. 

By tuning to Verizon channel 21, Verizon FiOS subscribers can now watch the informative meetings and engaging programs about Long Beach that have long been the hallmark of LBTV.
