Pre-school Programs

Preschool in Nature
Enrich your child's sense of wonder, independence. and love of learning in a unique, interactive, natural setting. Through music, movement, art, stories, and explorative science activities, our fun, discovery-centered sessions help nurture curiosity, creativity, and social skills. This is a drop-off class. Children must be potty-trained.
For ages 3-5. Classes take place Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10-11:30am.
$90 per session.

Parent and Me Programs

1-day Parent & Me Workshops
Bring your imagination and sense of adventure as you and your child celebrate the seasons with a special morning of crafts, stories, songs and outdoor exploration. Parent participation required.
Ages 18mo-5yrs. $20 per adult/child pair.

Bubble, Fizz, Boom!
Explore and experiment with gooey, drippy, fun! You and your child(ren) will have a "blast" with hands-on science play. Dress for a mess and be ready for fun. Parent participation required.

Tales and Trails
We will explore the incredible changing world of the Nature Center while discovering creatures large and small and investigating them in creative ways. Puppets, songs and a parachute are all a part of this fun-filled class. Parent participation required.

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation
Kundalini yoga and meditation is a process of self discovery. You will learn how to gain a strong immune system, vital glands, a strong nervous system and good circulation. It will guide your awareness of your mental patterns, emotions, and feelings, your energy, heart and soul. Walk in fee available. Instructor: Seventh Chakra

The Great Backyard Bird Count - Free program
Become a scientist for the day! Help count our local feathery friends and discover why they are so important. The data collected helps scientists understand more about bird populations and migration. No experience necessary. All ages.

Earth Day Coastal Cleanup
Help protect our coastline! Join in the efforts to help keep our local marine habitat clean and healthy. Bring your own bucket or bag to limit the amount of trash we create. Located on the sand, east of the Belmont Pier. Rain cancels.
