LBPL Community Read

November Read: The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek by Kim Michele Richardson

The Long Beach Public Library Online Book Club is a community wide book club that you can participate in from the comfort of your own home and around your busy schedule.  LBPL is partnering with Overdrive to bring you a new title every other month that can be downloaded as an ebook or an audiobook to your smartphone, tablet, or computer from LBPL’s Overdrive page

Once you download the latest Community Read, head over to our Goodreads Group page to join in the discussion.  This page will host librarian lead discussion questions, author interviews, and other relevant resources for each title.  All you have to do to join the group is read the book and join in the discussion.  You are encouraged to answer questions posted by the Library Admin or add your own thoughts on the book as posts to the group.

We welcome your participation in this exciting new book club. Happy reading, everyone!
