The City has a Safety Program and a City’s Safety Officer. The purpose of this program is to provide training, inspection, monitoring, reporting, policy development, and consultation services to City departments so they can mitigate workplace hazards, reduce employee injuries, reduce vehicle accidents, and comply with OSHA and other safety regulations.
