Outpatient Alcohol & Drug Treatment/Education (English/Spanish) Prop 36 (English /Spanish) Parenting (English/Spanish).
OUTPATIENT ALCOHOL & DRUG FREE PROGRAM
This certified alcohol and drug treatment program provides non-emergency outpatient treatment services to residents of Los Angeles County. Fees are determined by sliding scale based on income and ability to pay.
Services available meet the requirements of Federal and State Parole, Probation Department and Department of Children and Family Services. Referrals from court, employers, agencies or self-referrals are welcomed and encouraged. Enrollment is by appointment. Day and evening hours are available.
Drug Education 12 week Class $120
A general education class covering the biological, social and psychological aspects of drug use, abuse, addiction and recovery.

Parenting Education 16 week class $75
“Because Love is not Enough” The class is designed for parents who are having family difficulties. The group is supportive of parents who are experiencing the need to make wise choices about how to handle their children.

CARE (California Access to Recovery Effort) PROGRAM PROVIDER

COURT MANDATED/ORDERED PROGRAMS
Prop 36
Referral by court through CASC, Community Assessment Service Center, for Level 1, Level 2 and 3 treatment. Eligible offenders may receive up to one year of substance abuse treatment, random drug testing and six months of aftercare. Upon completion of successful treatment, participants may petition the sentencing court for dismissal of charges. Fees based on sliding scale and ability to pay.

PC 1000/Deferred Entry of Judgment $512.40 sliding scale
Referral by Court or Probation for 20 week program (Intake, 18 group sessions, 18 self –help meetings, random drug testing and exit). Program covers the legal, physical, social and emotional aspects of drug use and abuse. Successful completion allows for court case dismissal if compliant with other probation rules.

Anger Management Adult and Youth Program $458 sliding scale
Psycho-educational group focusing on skill development, strengthening and enhancement in four basic areas: Communication, Anger Management, Stress Management and Emotional Intelligence. Certificate of Completion after 26 groups.
City of Long Beach Drinking Driver Program
State licensed DUI, Driving under the Influence, program for clients referred by court and/or DMV, Department of Motor Vehicles. Program completion satisfies administrative and/or criminal charges associated with DUI and underage alcohol offenses.
The objective of the DUI program is to reduce the number of repeat DUI offenses as well as provide participants an opportunity to address problems related to the use of alcohol and/or other drugs.

Wet Reckless Programs $155.00
A person convicted of reckless driving with a measurable amount of alcohol in their blood must complete a twelve-hour DUI education program.
First Offender Programs $370.00 3 month - $560 6 month - $810 9 month
A person convicted of a first DUI offense must complete a state-licensed three-month, 30-hour alcohol and drug education and counseling program. A person convicted of a first DUI offense with a blood alcohol content of 0.20 or higher must complete a state-licensed six-month, 45-hour alcohol and drug education and counseling program. These programs are designed to enable participants to consider attitudes and behavior, support positive lifestyle changes, and reduce or eliminate the use of alcohol and/or drugs.
18-Month Programs $1362.00
Second and subsequent DUI offenders must complete an 18-month multiple offender program. Program requirements are: 52 hours of group counseling; 12 hours of alcohol and drug education; 26 self-help meetings; 6 hours of community reentry monitoring; and biweekly individual interviews during the first 12 months of the program.
