Environmental Health Programs
Environmental Health will perform Emergency Response duties including hazardous materials/water/sewage spills and bee calls.  Our office will provide consultation and education over the phone and email depending on the inspector's availability.  Call (562) 570-4132 between the hours and 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to file a complaint (noise, foodborne illness, non-compliant businesses, etc.).  Our team will also be available to answer billing questions, refunds, permit fees and to provide education and outreach by phone or email.

Black Infant Health

Existing clients should call (562) 246-6218.
Doctors or providers who are referring a new client to Black Infant Health program should call (562) 570-4323.

Child Health & Disability Program and Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program

Public Health Nursing
Current clients should call their nurse case manager. If you are unable to reach your case manager, or for any other Nursing Services Division programs call (562) 570-4120. Pleaes be advised that Public Health Nursing is not taking new cases right now, except for SIDS.

Life Coaching & Fundamentals of Fatherhood Program
Our Life Coaching and Fundamental of Fatherhood Program will continue to engage enrolled fathers via weekly calls. The program remains open for enrollment. For information on the Life Coaching and Fundamentals of Fatherhood Program (LCFFP), people can call (562) 570-3285 and speak with either Anthony Padilla or Daniel Ramos.

Women, Infants & Children (WIC)
WIC participants can contact the program by calling the WIC central operators line at (562) 570-4242. WIC team members will conduct appointments over the phone and will be able to issue WIC benefits to families via the WIC Card.
