Household Hazardous Waste Collection events are FREE and open to all residents of L.A. County. If you are a small business with hazardous waste, you may qualify for the City of L.A.'s Small Quantity Generator Program.
Household Hazardous Waste Collection Events are held each Saturday at a different location in Los Angeles County. Generally, Long Beach has one or two collections per year. However, events in adjacent cities make disposal accessible more frequently. Please, refer to the City of Long Beach, Environmental Health Bureau and the L.A. County Website for information on specific locations.
