Below is a list of food facility closures for the past 12 Months. Food facilities remain closed until the condition resulting in the closure has been corrected and verified by an Environmental Health Specialist. Conditions that would result in a facility closure include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Sewage contamination
- Lack of potable water
- No hot water
- Unsafe food temperatures
- Ill employees
- Vermin infestation
- Absence of a valid and current Public Health Permit
- Any other condition that would prohibit the facility from operating in a safe manner
A food facility includes, but is not limited to, the following: Restaurants, Markets, Catering Trucks, Carts, Liquor Stores and any other such facility that stores, sells, prepares or serves food to the public.
The following food facilities were closed during the last calendar year for non-compliance with Health & Safety Code Regulations.
