III. Project Priority Listing and Review, Ranking, and Selection

The 2013 CoC Priority Listing reflects the list of projects and amounts that will be submitted as part of the 2013 CoC application to HUD. Tier 1 contains renewals of twenty-six currently operating projects and a new Unified Funding Agency project. Tier 2 includes a new Chronic Homeless Housing Project, a reallocation of funding from five renewal projects, plus a new Planning Project.
