2013 Continuum of Care Application - On December 18, 2013, the Long Beach Continuum of Care (CoC) reviewed the CoC Ad Hoc Review Committee's recommendations for the 2013 CoC Program Application. The 2013 CoC application deadline is 7:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (4:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time) on February 3, 2014. 2013 Long Beach Continuum of Care Priority Listing - On December 18, 2013, the Long Beach Continuum of Care (CoC) reviewed the CoC Ad Hoc Review Committee's recommendations for the 2013 CoC Program Application. The 2013 CoC Priority Listing reflects the list of projects and amounts that will be submitted as part of the 2013 CoC application to HUD. Tier 1 contains renewals of twenty-six currently operating projects and a new Unified Funding Agency project. Tier 2 includes a new Chronic Homeless Housing Project, a reallocation of funding from five renewal projects, plus a new Planning Project. The 2013 CoC application deadline is 7:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (4:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time) on February 3, 2014. The CoC application will be available on the City of Long Beach Homeless Services Division website, http://www.longbeach.gov/health/fss/homeless_services/continuum_of_care_application.asp, after the application has been finalized. NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CONTINUUM OF CARE PROGRAM
The City of Long Beach is issuing a Request for Proposals from faith-based and 501c(3) organizations for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) FY 2013 Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Programs.
Applications will be available beginning on Wednesday, October 23, 2013. On or after October 23, the application is available via a compact disc (CD) containing the application materials and can be picked up at this address:

No paper copies of the application will be distributed. Proposals are due on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 3:00 p.m.
