| Public Health Resource Library The MFHEC Public Health Resource Library is open to the public and provides free preventive and public health information to the community. The MFHEC library is dedicated to offering health education materials in multiple languages. Library resources currently consist of books, pamphlets, fliers, magazines, journals, videos and DVDs. The Public Health Resource Library also contains laptops with wireless Internet access for use in the facility.
