Treasury Bureau
The Treasury Bureau invests the City's and related agencies' idle funds, serves as the principal liaison with the City's commercial bank, structures bond and lease transactions, develops general strategies for the management of the City's debt, administers the City's cash management program, including cash flow monitoring, utility user tax receipts and negotiable instrument safekeeping, track and report City revenues, and administers the City's Deferred Compensation (457) Plan.
