All vendors that have received a purchase order from the City of Long Beach are now required to have a W-9 form on file with the Dept of Financial Management. The form is available from the IRS website located at: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf. It can be completed on-line, printed, signed and faxed to 562-570-5099 or mailed to:

The City has launched a new, fully automated bid and bidder management system. Add yourself to the City's bidder database. All bidders are required to add their company to the bidder database in order to download a bid or RFP. The bidder database registration is separate from any other registration that may have been completed with the City prior to April 5, 2004. Registered bidders will receive email notifications of bids and proposal opportunities in their chosen area of interest. However, interested bidders are still encouraged to visit our web site on a regular basis.
