WASHINGTON NEIGHBORHOOD COMMUNITY COFFEE

Please join Councilwoman Mary Zendejas, along with the Long Beach Police Department, West Division, for a community cafe on January 9, 2020 at 6 p.m. at The Long Beach Rescue Mission located at 1335 Pacific Ave. 90813. Coffee and refreshments will be served and translation services will be available. If you have any questions - please call 562-570-6919.

HOLIDAY TREECYCLING


Free holiday tree pick-up is available for residents with City refuse and recycling service on Saturday, January 11, 2020. Please place tree out by 7:00am where your recycling is normally collected.

  • All decorations and stands must be removed
  • Trees over 12' should be cut in half
  • Flocked trees will be accepted

The First District location is at Cesar E. Chavez Park located at Golden Shore Street and 4th Street.
