WHAT IS A PREFERENTIAL PARKING DISTRICT?

In some areas of the City that are posted with prohibited or limited parking (one or two hour zones), Preferential Parking Districts have been approved. If you live in one of those designated areas, you may be exempt from this parking restriction by purchasing a preferential parking sticker. You can purchase the permit(s) by filling out the application listed below. Should you have any questions, you can call the Parking Citation Section at (562) 570-6822.

HOW DO I OBTAIN A PREFERENTIAL PARKING PERMIT?

Stickers are available at City Hall 333 W. Ocean Blvd., Lobby Level, Long Beach, CA 90802 or you can download the application.
