Notes:

  1. The City’s Department Crew will install the main line tap with tapping saddle, valve, required length of service line material, meter and box.
  2. For meter service reduction or enlargement of previously reduced service, refer to "Service Reduction/Enlargement" cost from table above, if the distance is less than 15 ft. If distance exceeds 15 ft., cost will be the same cost as a new "Service Installation Charge".
  3. At cost, but not to exceed the cost of a new service connection.
  4. If a customer requests a meter relocation for sizes between ¾ inch through 2 inch, before or during a main replacement project, the Department will charge a fee of $120. The cost for relocating a meter 3 inch and larger will be at regular cost.
